Having paid for Category 1 seats, I'd have preferred to choose my seat in the Category 1 area, rather than be told where to sit, which was only one row in front of Category 2 seats, although there were plenty of other, better, Category 1 seats available. Also, a cushion would have made the chairs more comfortable.”
